Rights declaration (version v1, 4 October 2026)

You make this declaration for each track individually. The information about contributors and about memberships in collecting societies comes from your profile and from the “Contributors” section of this track; it forms part of this declaration.

1. Rights in composition, lyrics and recording

I hold all rights in this track or have fully cleared them. This covers the composition and lyrics (all co-writers), the recording (producer, label, all performing musicians), any samples used and, for cover versions, the consent of the original rights holders. Everyone involved agrees to the use by TEAMWAVE FM described under point 3.

2. Collecting societies (GEMA, GVL and others)

My information about membership in GEMA, GVL or any other collecting society — for myself in my profile and for every contributor in the “Contributors” section — is complete and correct.

Every artist is welcome at TEAMWAVE FM, whether or not they are a member of a collecting society. We ask because works of members have to be licensed through the respective society. Incorrect or missing information may mean that we are not allowed to broadcast a track.

3. Grant of rights

I grant TEAMWAVE FM a non-exclusive, worldwide right to:

• broadcast and webstream the track on TEAMWAVE radio, including company and event channels operated by TEAMWAVE FM;
• copy, cache and transcode it into the technically required formats and bitrates;
• use short excerpts (up to 30 seconds) for hosting, previews and promotion of the programme;
• display the cover, artist name, biography and the information I provided in connection with the broadcast.

The grant is for an indefinite term. I can revoke it at any time with effect for the future by withdrawing the track or informing TEAMWAVE FM by e-mail; TEAMWAVE FM will implement the revocation within seven days. I keep all my rights and may offer the track anywhere else.

4. Indemnity

If the information in this declaration, in my profile or about the contributors is incorrect, I will indemnify TEAMWAVE FM against justified third-party claims arising from it — in particular claims by authors, performers, labels and collecting societies — including reasonable costs of legal defence.

5. Age

I am at least 18 years old.

6. Payments

I understand that listeners of TEAMWAVE FM pay directly from their own Lightning wallet to the Lightning address I have provided. TEAMWAVE FM does not receive money on my behalf and does not hold a balance for me. PayPal or IBAN details are only recorded; payouts through these methods will only start once TEAMWAVE FM has set them up with a payment partner and has informed me.

7. Privacy

I have read the privacy policy. I understand that the time, IP address and browser identifier of this declaration are stored as proof that it was made.
